C/S/A Works for PR05 CoGen LNG Station, Lilly

LNG CSA project consists of civil, structural and architectural works not limiting to demolition, earth movement and concrete works to erect a new concrete dike with the foundations for steel tanks holding LNG for Lilly del Caribe Cogeneration Plant. In addition, multiple support areas were built such as access road, steel platform with access stair and dry bed. Acting as general contractor of the project, daily coordination’s were performed with Lilly’s Geopier foundations contractor, to successfully complete 134 aggregate piers and 124 grout piers. LNG dike has a footprint of approximately 4,275 S.F. resulting in a matt foundation of 430 C.Y. erected in one continuous concrete pour. This project was monitored with EPA due to their agency regulations and the SWPPP was implemented and completed without any deviations strengthening our business relationship with one of our prime clients, Lilly del Caribe.
