General contractor for the rehabilitation of existing facilities to incorporate a new data room for parenteral pharmaceutical production facilities. The project was performed at the same time production was taking place with no interruption to the owner's process whatsoever. All project personnel complied with owner's GMP including access to perform work in sterile areas (clean rooms). SOW included civil, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing works and controls (rough-in).
