Demolition and concrete works at Tapi, Guayama, Puerto Rico

This project required structural remediation of an existing structural steel building. Also the electromechanical facilities were repair due to damages cause by lack of maintenance and weather conditions. All the works were performed while the building was being use by the pharmeceutical personnel of research and development.
