GIS San Juan Steam Plant

Construction of two stories building consisting of piling work, concrete foundation for the GIS Building and external gas insulated buses duct, concrete slab on ground and structural stabs, structural steel erection, insulation of pre-cast and all required architectural finishes, electrical work including VAC and VDC power systems, mechanical and plumbing works for the GIS Building operations.

Green Building considerations:

1. Heat Island Effect, Built up system complies with green building parameters.
2. Construction Activity Pollution Prevention, a plan was required and activities were performed accordingly to it.
