Green Building considerations:

The scope of work of this project included the construction of three free standing concrete towers up to 80 feet high. The architectural aspect of the project included: special flooring, concrete, block and gypsum walls, and acoustical, gypsum, and metal ceilings; first facility in Puerto Rico for parental process. The construction of the Central utility building for new parental process building was also part of the project.

Completed: December 2011
  1. Construction Activity Pollution Prevention plan was required and activities were performed accordingly.
  2. Site Development, the project considered the protection and restorations of the surrounding habitat.
  3. Low-Emitting materials, adhesives & sealants, paints & coatings were installed.
