San Jorge Children's Hospital

A four story building to be constructed within the premises of San Jorge Children's Hospital located at San Juan Street #258 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The specific project area is bounded to the north by the existing Hospital main structure, to the east by San Juan Street, and to the west by Convento Street. The proposed project consists in the construction of a four story steel framed and concrete slab building with a footprint area of approximated 20,000 square feet. The architectural and electromechanical works proposed are a stated of the art in hospital facilities.

Contract amount: $6,997,000.00

1. Construction activity pollution prevention, techniques are required.
2. The project includes new construction, but also the existing building will be renovated in some areas.
3. Environmental Tobacco Smoke (ETS) controls are required.
4. Low-emiting materials such as: adhesives & sealants, paints & coatings are required.
