Project consisted of the site preparation and concrete works for a future 2,600 SF pre-engineering building to be install by the Owner. Scope of work included site works such as demolition of miscellaneous structures, earthwork, storm drainage, concrete pavement and Concrete Works such as foundations, slab on grade, mechanical pads, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, painting. Also the construction of pipe sleepers thru-out the site for future service pipes and the construction of all electrical and mechanical infrastructure for future equipment installation and building operations.
