Responsible for all tasks of the Company Projects, Procurement, Major Purchase, Owner relations, Subcontractor administration and field works execution.

Project Engineer:
As a project engineer the main objective and responsibility is to coordinate every task that has to be executed in the field with the blueprints, specs and manpower.

At the same time, I have been in charge of production analysis and material waste control in order to improve estimating process and manpower coordination in the entire Villavicencio & Associates organization.

Estimator:
As an estimator for Villavicencio & Associates responsible for take-off production of project assign. Responsible for communication and coordination with subcontractor and suppliers to obtain their proposals and quotations for the projects being estimated. Resolve cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
